摘　　要：介绍了建筑管理信息系统的主要内容,详细阐述了该系统运行的软、硬件环境,分析提出了其具有的现实意义,指出研制开发建筑管理信息系统势在必行。The paper introduces the main content of construction management information system. Based upon detailed introduction of the software and hardware running environment its actual significance is analyzed. Author points out that development of this information system is imperative under present situation.
