摘 要:介绍了利用城市垃圾焚烧底灰和飞灰制备新型辅助性胶凝材料的初步试验研究工作。研究结果表明:焚烧底灰和飞灰均可不同程度地延缓水泥的凝结硬化,但两者都具有一定的胶凝活性;与焚烧底灰相比,焚烧飞灰的活性较好,但在水泥中的掺量不宜过大;与矿渣复合可改善焚烧飞灰的胶凝活性,提高水泥浆体的强度;焚烧飞灰中的重金属可被固化于水泥水化产物中,不会对环境造成危害,通过一定的技术措施有望将焚烧飞灰开发成一种新型水泥基材料组分应用于建筑工程。Preliminary research was carried out on the development of new auxiliary cementitious materials by utilizing the municipal solid wastes incineration bottom ash (IBA) and incineration fly ash (IFA) in laboratory. The results show that both IBA and IFA can restrain the hydration of cement at different levels,but they have some cementitious activities. Compared with the former, the latter has better activities, but the contents added into the cement should be limited. Admixture of the IFA-cement and the slag can improve the cementitious activities of IFA, thus increase the strength of the paste. The heavy metals of the IFA can be immobilized within the hydration phases. As a result, their side effects on the environment can be reduced. In this way, with some technical measurements, the IFA can be made into a new type auxiliary component of cement-based materials for the construction engineering.
