摘　　要：改革开放以来 ,我国社会利益格局发生了深刻的变化 ,出现了许多新情况 ,导致社会个体矛盾的增多 ,容易引发群体性事件 ,化解社会个体矛盾是减少社会矛盾的基础工作 ,必须遵循个体矛盾产生、发展的规律 ,研究化解社会个体矛盾的策略和方法 。Since the reforming and opening of China, great ch anges have taken place in the profi t structure of our society, many new situati ons have turned up, they lead to an increase in the number of contradictions bet ween individuals, which are easy to turn into incident of groups.It is a basic j ob to reduce social contradiction through setting contradictions between individ uals. In doing the job, we should follow the emergence rules and development rul es of the contradictions between individuals, and pay attention to strategies a nd methods, to reduce their negative influences on the stability of our society to the lowest limit.
