摘　　要：本文介绍了利用Delphi实现对下位机的监控系统。系统实现的关键技术在于上下位机的通信。本文介绍的监控系统是利用TCOMM组件,通过RS-232串口实现通信的。设计友好的上位机界面也是监控系统的重要组成部分。This paper introduces using Delphi to realize the design of system controlling and monitoring lower system. The key technology of realizing the system is the communication with control device. The system mentioned in this paper uses the TCOMM component to realize the communication with RS -232 serial port. The design of friendly interface is the important part of this system.
