摘  要:以Low-Shear 3.0流变测定仪,据Huang的方程,用改良法测定20例青紫型先天性心脏病(CCHD)和30例非青紫型先天性心脏病(ACHD)患儿及相应健康对照组的全血触变参数,并进行比较。结果:ACHD组仅τ_0、η_、(η_s-μ)增高;CCHD组红细胞压积、τ_0、μ、A、η_s、(η_s-μ)明显增高,较健康对照组分别增加1.76、6.99、3.63、2.75、6.68及4.66倍,较ACHD组分别增加1.76、5.13、3.40、2.75、5.25及3.99倍。提示先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿全血触变参数可作为判断患儿病情及预后,为早期防治并发症提供理论依据。The thixotropic parametersof whole blood in two groups of childrenwith congenital heart disease (CHD) weremeasured.Group 1. cyanotic heart disease(CCHD), zo cases) Group 2. acyanotic heartdisease (ACHD), 30 cases. Fifty healthychildren were controls matched with thepatients in sex and age. Their thixotropicparameters were compared; the paired t-test was used. In the children with CCHD,the hematocrit (HCT), the yield stress(T_0)the Newtonian contribution of viscosity (μ).the equilibrium value of the structural pa-rameter(A), the apparent viscosity at 2.37Sec^(-1)(η_?) and the Non-Newtonian contri-bution of viscosity(η_?-μ)were significantlyhigher than the in corresponding controlgroups. In the children with ACHD, onlythe values of T_0, η_?-μ,and η_? were higherthan those in control groups. All of thethixotropic parameters in CCHD groupwere significantly higher than those inACHD group. Thus we described quantita-tively CHD in terms of thixotropy of blood.The thixotropic parameters of blood couldbe used as indexes of severity forpathologic changes of CHD.
