摘　　要：走新型工业化道路是实现煤炭工业现代化的现实选择。我国煤炭工业走新型工业化道路必须努力发展煤炭工业信息化 ,大力推进产业结构优化升级 ,实施科教兴煤战略 ,实施可持续发展战略和坚持深化改革扩大开放 ;要为煤炭工业营造公平竞争的外部环境 ,包括健全 4大保证体系和完善It is a choice of must for China's coal industry to take a new road to industrialization. To realize this, it means going all out to realize informatization for the coal sector; pushing forward coal sector's industrial structure optimization and upgrading; implementing the strategy of enlivening the coal industry with science and education; implementing sustainable development strategy and persisting to the policy of deepening reform and intensifying opening to the outside world. It is of great significance to create an ambient environment that is of fair competition for the coal sector. This includes the consolidation of four major guaranteeing systems and improving seven major policies.
