摘  要:概述了深圳电网自动运行的短期负荷预测系统的结构及其实现方案。该系统采用闭环运行机制,实现“无人值守”负荷预测模式,以适应电力市场发展的需要。详细描述了实现该系统的要点和难点,并给出了解决方案,提出了坏数据辨识、气象累积效应、自组织算法等概念和方法,在应用实例基础上对系统运行情况进行了总结。The architecture and implementation of an auto-operating short-term load forecasting system for Shenzhen power network is resumed. To realize the unattended load forecasting mode and to meet the need of electricity market, the closed loop operation mechanism is applied in this system. The essentials and the difficult points in the implementation of this system are described in detail and the corresponding solutions are given. The concepts and methods of bad load data identification, weather-cumulative effect and self-organization algorithm are put forward. On the basis of application examples the operation situation of the presented system is summarized.
