摘 要:随着电网的发展,省调、地调EMS间的通信量与日俱增,传统的远动通信方式由于其传输时延大,通信资源浪费,传输规约容量受限,规约不统一,而与需求之间的矛盾日趋激化,TASE.2协议已成为解决这一矛盾的理想选择。文中主要阐述了TASE.2协议在广域网(MAN)方式下如何实现能量管理系统(EMS)间的通信、与传统通信方式的比较以及协议实现中的关键技术。文中还介绍了TASE.2协议在江苏、河北两省的具体实现情况。With the development of power networks, theamount of data transferring among the master stations for Energy Management Systems is steadily on the increase, so the traditional telecontrol transmission mode can't be meet the need more andmore because of its long time delay, waste of communicationresources and the limit of its transmission capacity. The TASE.2protocol is an ideal choice to solve the problem. It is mainlydescribed how to implement the communication among EnergyManagement Systems by TASE.2 under the environment of WAN, the comparison of this communication mode with traditionalcommunication mode and the key technology in theimplementation of TASE.2. The concrete realizations of TASE.2protocol in Jiangsu province and in Hebei province are given.
