摘　　要：目前,我国γ-丁内酯的生产厂家有20余家,总生产能力约2.5万t/a,总产量达1万t/a左右。山西三维集团股份有限公司将建成国内最大的γ-丁内酯生产厂家,生产能力为1.5万t/a。我国γ-丁内酯的主要下游产品是N-甲基吡咯烷酮,约占γ-丁内酯总消费量的40％。国外已经建有数套万吨级γ-丁内酯生产装置,主要生产国是美国、德国、比利时、日本、西班牙等,γ-丁内酯的主要消费领域是N-甲基吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮。At present, y-butyrolactone is produced in China by more than 20 producers, with total capacity of 25000 t/a and output of 10000 t/a. Shanxi Sanwei Group Co. , Ltd. will be the largest manufacturer with the capacity of 15000 t/ a in China. The down stream product of y-butyrolactone in China is mainly N-methyl pyrrolidone, accounted for 40% of the total consumption of r-butyrolactone. Several facilities for producing y-butyrolactone with capacity of 10000 t/a individually have been set up overseas. The main producers are located in the United States, Germany, Belgium, Japan and Spain, r-Butyrolactone is mainly used in produciy N-methyl pyrrolidone and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
