能量合剂治疗外阴营养不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨能量合剂 (三磷酸腺苷、辅酶A、细胞色素C)在治疗外阴营养不良中的应用价值。方法应用能量合剂皮内注射治疗外阴营养不良患者 1 0 0例 ,治疗前后取病理进行检查 ,对外阴皮肤粘膜病变范围进行对比观察 ,所有病例随访半年。结果　治疗前后皮肤粘膜改变有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,临床治愈率达 6 1 % ,显效率达 31 % ,治疗有效率达 1 0 0 % ,随访半年无复发。结论　能量合剂治疗外阴营养不良是一种安全、可靠、经济。Objective To study the effects of energy mixture (Coenzyme A,Adenosine Triphosphate,Cytochrome-C)on chronic vulvar dystrophy. Methods 100 cases were treated with energy mixture subcuitaneous injection.Before and after treatment pathologic examination was done and mucosa pathological changes vulvar skin was compared All cases were followed up half a year. Results Before and after treatment the change of skin mucosa was more significantly different ( P <0 05) Clinical curative rate was 60%,effective rate was 31%,total effective rate was 100% There wasn't recurrence after a half year follow up ( P >0 05) Conclusions Subscuitaneous injection of energy mixture on chronic vulvar dystrophy is an effective method
