摘  要:根据氧化铝生产流程基准物流图的概念 ,构筑烧结法生产Al2 O3流程的基准物流图。以某烧结法氧化铝厂生产数据为依据 ,用基准物流图法定量分析物流对能耗的影响。结果表明 ,在烧结法生产氧化铝的流程中 ,由外界向某中间工序输入含Al2 O3物料 ,有利于节能 ,由某中间工序向外界输出或返回上游工序处理含Al2 O3物料 ,增加能耗 ,而且越是后部工序 。Based on the concept of the standard materials flow diagram for alumina production, the standard materials flow diagram for alumina production with the sintering process is established The influences of material flow in alumina production with sintering process on energy consumption is quantitatively analyzed by means of the standard materials flow diagram based on the production data of an alumina plant In the indication of the result, the energy consumption of final product is decreased by inputting the alumina containing materials to any unit process from surrounding, and the energy consumption of final product are increased by outputting or returning alumina containing materials to surrounding or former process And the more posterior the procedure the materials input to or draw from, the more effective is
