摘　　要：我国旅游业的发展速度很快,但也存在诸多问题,而其中人才短缺、旅游教育滞后是最主要的问题。旅游高等教育应及时明确办学方向,全面推进素质教育,培养高层次旅游服务及管理人才,以满足我国旅游业发展的需要。The tourism trade of our country develops very fast, but there still exist many problems. , of which are the lack of talents and the lagging of tourism higher education. It is necessary for the tourism higher education to nail down its direction, all round promote its quality; cultivate high level tourism people of service and management; so as to meet the needs for the development of the tourism trade of our country.
