摘　　要：飞锯是冷弯型钢生产的重要设备 ,经飞锯锯切的型钢产品锯切端部变形、有毛刺、定尺误差大 ,是行业中常见的质量问题 ,平推式飞锯在很大程度上解决了这些问题。通过生产实践 ,从力学的角度对平推式飞锯制造应用过程中出现的几个问题作了分析 ,并提出了改进建议。Flying-cut is the key equipment in cold-bend steel production.The common quality problems were large tolerances in length,distortion and firs in cutting face after shape steel cut with flying-cut.These problems can be solved by balance pushing flying-cut.Through the practice,it analyzed some problems occurred in application and manufacture process of balance push flying-cut from the mechanical side,also drew the suggestion for renovation.
