摘　　要：通过理论和实践经验的总结 ,介绍了通用性较强的 WLHT1 40卧式螺旋活套的构成及工作原理 ,并对以定圈型工作的 WLHT1 40卧式螺旋活套的主要工作参数—净储料量、最佳充料圈数、出入料扭转长度、螺旋料道半径等做了进一步阐述 。Through the summary of the theories and practice,it introduced the work theories and structure of common WLHT140 horizontal spiral accumulation,also made the statement the main parameters of WLHT140 horizontal spiral accumulation with fixed circles such as net coils storage quantities,most favorable coil circles,torsion length of coils feeding in and out,radius of spiral coils storage pass,supplied the theories references of design calculation for horizontal spiral accumulation.
