摘 要:分析了工程中钢丝绳绳径的检测方法,针对其不足提出了基于周向四点测量的绳径接触式电感测量方法,并研制了检测装置,其测量误差最大为0.04mm.The magnetic return path method, main flux method and optical method for the inspection of the diameters of steel wire ropes are discussed. A contacted inductance method with four measuring points around the periphery of the wire rope and the sensor configuration are proposed. In order to eliminate the effects of the vibration during measurement, the four measuring points are divided into two parirs. The output signals of the two points in each pair are to be added. The two pairs of sensor are arranged perpendicular to each other to meet manufacture and assembly requirements. Furthermore, a special probe is used to eliminate the effects of the surface irregularity. The least square method is used for data processing. The error sources of the method are analyzed and the maximum error is found to be'0. 04mm.
