摘 要:利用人工气候箱控制不同光照长度和不同温度,在光敏核不育水稻材料幼穗分化第二次枝梗原基分化期至抽穗期进行处理。结果表明,农垦58S及其以农垦58S为供体转育而来的其他3个不育系,在育性转换中均受到光周期与温度的共同作用。农垦58S、6334S表现光周期作用的温度范围较宽;W6154S、W7415S在一定温度范围内也表现出较强的光周期效应。就此,作者提出了育性转换的光温作用模式,并讨论了新型光敏不育材料的选择目标。The fertility changes of 4 PGMR--lines, Nongken 58S, 6334S, W7415S, and W6154S, in response to the combinations of different photoperiods and temperatures were studied in phytotron. The results showed that, the fertility changes of Nongken 58S and other 3 lines, which were transformed from Nongken 58S, were controlled by both photoperiod and temperature. All the lines had the photoperiodic sensitivity in their fertility changes in a certain temperature range. But the critical points in terms of light and temperature were various among the lines. According to that the model of light and temperature in fertility changes of PGMR was offered and the goal of breeding was discussed.
