摘 要:IVA属低温敏感型雄性不育系,育性转换的温度敏感期为花粉母细胞形成中期至单核花粉期,光照长度对其育性无明显影响。温敏期的平均夜温是影响育性的主导因子,其临界值是20℃,此值在不同海拔高度条件下有差异;温敏期日均温临界值在低海拔点为24℃,在高海拔点略有降低。IVA的生育期感温性甚弱,在不同海拔点有较稳定的生育期。The experiments were conducted at different altitude in Yuanjiang county. Yunnan province, with the results summarized as follows. IVA is a low temperature thermosensitive male-sterile rice line and its thermo-sensitive phase is in the stage from pollen mother cell formation to the single nucleus pollen. During this phase, it is the average dark temperature rather than the day length or dark length which act as the inportant factor for inducing fertility changes. Although the average critical dark temperature was 20'C, it varied with altitude. At lower altitude spots (400m, 800m), it was around 22℃, but lower than 20℃ at higher altitude spots (1230m, 1600m). Also discussed in this paper was the possibility of two phases of thermosensitivity (designated T_1 and T_2) in IVA. T_1 might determine the rate of plant development in response to temperature while T_2 defined degree of temperature induced fertility changes The effect of T_2 was, however, not necessarily associated with that of T_1.
