摘  要:将光敏核不育水稻农垦58S和正常可育农垦58N适时播种,使其光敏感期处于自然长日照控制下。于苗期、分蘖期、第二次枝梗分化期、雌雄蕊形成期、花粉母细胞形成期及减数分裂期分别在暗、光下取其幼穗及第一全展叶作蛋白质双向电泳分析,发现了17个特异的蛋白质组分。其中11个组分在可育与不育水稻间表现为有或无的差异;3个组分表现为表达量的变化;另3个组分表现为位置在双向电泳图谱上的平移。研究结果还表明低温和异常高温不仅可使光敏不育水稻的花粉育性出现部分恢复,而且高温处理还导致了电泳图谱上蛋白组分的相应改变。The photoperiod sensitive male sterile (PSMS) rice was obtained as a spontaneous mutant in a rice cultivar Nongken 58, and the stage for photoperiod induction comes between secondary branch differentiation and pollen mother cell formation during oungpanicledevelopment. In order to assess the pattern of gene expression during the process of photoperiod induction, protein samples of the PSMS rice 58S and its normal fertility counterpart 58N extracted from both leaf and panicle tissues at four stages of panicle development were assayed using two dimensional electrophoresis. We also considered the possible effects of day and night alteration n gene expression by taking samples at two different times of the day (4:00 and 16: 00). In all, 17 protein spots showed differential expression between 58S and 58N in the two dimensional electrophoretogram, which mainly occurred at stages of stamen and pistil primordium and pollen mother cell formation. Of these 17 proteins. 11 were o(?)served to be present in 58N but not in 58S, or vice versa: 3 showed contrasting patterns in the level of expression during panicle evelopment; and the other 3 displayed differences in pI between 58N and 58S. Similar pI changes were also noticed in leaf tissues. Alteration of protein spots wrer observed when 58S was ubject to stress by extremely high or low temperatures, which could partly induce male fertility of 58S.
