摘　　要：10000t/d水泥熟料生产线的开发设计是“十五”计划项目。本文论述了项目的指导思想和目标,通过与国外大规模生产线的技术参数比较,提出了主要开发设计方案:原料及煤粉制备采用辊式磨粉磨系统;预分解系统采用五级双列单炉方案;采用推动式篦冷机;熟料粉磨采用辊压机联合粉磨系统等。The develop and design of 10000t/d cement clinker production line is the 'Tenth -Five Year Plan' of China .This article introduced the guiding ideology and target of the project and proposed the engineering alternatives through making technical comparison on the world large -scaled production lines: adopt roller mills for raw materials and coal grinding, 5-stage, double -string and single furnace for precalcining system. Rreciprocating grate cooler and roller press combined grinding are also selected.
