摘 要:释放武昌罗索线虫寄生前期幼虫现场防治库蚊的研究结果表明,该线虫对不同地区,不同生态环境中的致乏库蚊和三带喙库蚊均有较好的控制效果,当寄生前期幼虫的释放剂量为7 000~10 000条/m^2时,可基本控制投放水域的孑孓密度,防治效果为75~85%,影响防治效果的因素除线虫密度外,尚有试验水体的水温、水深、孑孓密度及其龄期组成情况等,pH值对防治效果无明显影响。The results of Culex control by releasing pre-parasitic juvenile of Romanomermis wuchangensis afield show that, this kind of nematode has fairly good control on Culex pipens quinquefasciatus and C.tritaenorhynchus in various ecologic environment and in different district. The density of mosquito larvae can be control within a certain level when the releasing dosage of pre-paeasitic juvenile is from 7000 to 10000 nematode/square metre and its effect of control is 75~85%. The factors which affect the effect of Culex control include water temperature, depth, density of mosquito larvae and varied instar composition of mosquito larvae besides the dosage of nematode. PH hasn't significant effect on the Culex control.
