摘　　要：实施西部大开发 ,是中国经济战略的重点之一。在中国加入世界贸易组织之后 ,作为西部主体的民族地区 ,应把握这一有利时机 ,积极进取 ,以跨越式发展的方式加快民族地区的经济发展。The West Development is one of the key points of China's economic strategy. After China's entry into WTO, ethnic areas, being main parts of the West China, should make most of favorable opportunities, actively participate in and adopt leaping ways to develop economy in ethnic areas. [
