摘　　要：煤炭企业的经营发展和煤与非煤发展的实际情况需要一套成熟的理论来做指导。本文通过对这一领域的初步探讨 ,设想从煤炭自身发展规律、煤炭辐射理论、煤业蜕变理论、煤业产业链、非煤产业理论、煤与非煤协同发展及交叉叠加理论等几方面构建一套理论体系 ,以便能为实践提供理论指导。The management & development of coal enterprises, coal and non coal industry needs the guidance of a set of mature theories.The paper intends to construct a set of theory system in terms of development rules of coal enterprise, coal radiation theory,coal industry disintegration theory,industrial chain of coal industry, non coal industry theory,coordinated development of coal and non coal industry and the crossed superposition theory through the initial discussion on the subject and to provide theoretical guidance to the practice
