摘　　要：介绍了S7-200可编程器在板压机上的应用,指出了进行PLC控制的必要性和优点。对控制系统的硬件和软件作了详细的阐述,并建立了PLC硬件接线方案和梯形图。This paper introduces the application of S7-200 PLC to Cross-Wedge Rolling,the necessity and merit with PLC control for Cross-Wedge Rolling is pointed out.The hardware and software of PLC control system are detailedly described,hardware wiring diagram and ladder diagram for Cross-Wedge Rolling PLC are established.
