摘　　要：投资基金的治理结构是基金业赖以生存和发展的基础 ,有效的基金治理结构能在最低的成本下实现投资者利益。借鉴国外成功的基金治理结构经验 ,建立以独立董事为特征的基金治理结构是规范我国基金业发展的有效途径。The governance structure of the investing funds are the foundation for the survival and development of the funding industry. The effective fund governance structure can carry out the investors' benefit within the lowest cost. Therefore using the successful funds governance structure for reference and establishing the funds governance structure characterized by the independent directors are the effective route for regulating our country's funds industry.
