摘　　要：我国《合同法》对撤销权的规定是:兼顾现实生活的多样性,在撤销权适用的外延上予以扩大;兼顾债权人利益与受益人利益,适当保护善意受益人的利益。The provision of the right of repeal in ″Contract Law″ is. to consider both sides the variety of the actual lives, extend the application on the right of repeal ; to consider both benefits of the creditor and beneficiary's , pay appropriate attention to beneficiary's interests.
