摘 要:低温胁迫使温州蜜柑叶片的净光合速率 (Pn)、光系统Ⅱ的光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)及光合电子传递速率 (ETR)下降 ,反映跨膜质子动力势的叶绿素毫秒延迟发光 (ms DLE)减弱 ,叶片中的ATP含量降低。低温胁迫前 ,用NaHSO3 5mmol/L涂于叶片表面 ,可使处理植株叶片的Pn和Fv/Fm分别少下降了11.5 %和 11.6 %,ETR和ATP含量几乎没有下降 ,ms DLE的下降幅度减少。可见 ,在柑橘上施用NaHSO3能够减轻短期低温对光合机构及光合作用的影响。Chilling stress led to decline in net photosynthetic rate(Pn),photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)of PSⅡ and photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR)in satsuma mandarin leaves.Intensity of chlorophyll millisecond delayed light emission(ms-DLE)of the leaves,which reflects the transmembrane proton motive force,and ATP level in the leaves were also lowered by chilling stress(2℃ 10h in the dark).Smearing the leaves with 5mmol/L NaHSO 3 before exposure to chilling was found to bring about less decrease in these parameters of the chilled plants.Thus,Pn and Fv/Fm were decreased by 52.7% and 24%,respectively,as a result of chilling in the smeared leaves as compared with the corresponding 64.2% and 35.6% decrease in the control.Lowering of ETR and ATP level following chilling stress was practically eliminated by NaHSO 3 treatment.Evidently,the harmful effects of chilling on photosynthetic apparatus and photosynthesis were substantially alleviated by the application of NaHSO 3 in citrus,which may be potentially useful in fruit culture practice.
