摘　　要：航天器发射场选址决策对航天事业发展至关重要.从航天器发射场选址决策准则和影响途径出发,采用层次分析法和费效分析法,针对我国航天器发射场建设的需求,建立并探讨了评价与优化模型.It is vital for the development of astronautics cause to make a decision of new spacecraft launching site site selecting. This paper sets out from the decision criteria and influence approach of spacecraft launching site, adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and cost effectiveness analysis method, builds decision models, appraises the preliminary schemes of construction of spacecraft launching site of China and selects the optimal one.
