摘　　要：国际空间法对空间作战的影响日益增大,已越来越引起人们的关注;研究了国际空间法的现状及其法律效力问题;分析了国际空间法对空间信息作战的目的、行动、装备发展等方面的影响;提出了空间信息作战如何适应国际空间法的具体对策.The International Space Law increasingly influences the space fight and also brings to people's attention.The question of the status and the force effect of the International Space Law is firstly studied. Followed by the analysis of the effection posed on the purpose, the action, and the equipment development of the space information fight by the International Space Law. And the countermeasures to the problem of how the space information fight will fit to the International Space Law are proposed.
