摘　　要：随着WTO的加入 ,我国传统农业将面临来自国外现代农业的激烈挑战。我们只有重视“三农问题” ,积极调整农业产业结构 ,加大对农业的投入 ,从税收政策、配套资金以及科技成果的转化上都要加大倾斜力度。本文结合河南省新密市黑峪沟村的经济现状进行了剖析 ,并提出了发展对策。Our traditional agriculture will face the strong challenge of modern agrculture abroad,When we enter WTO,we only pay more attention to problems in three types of agriculture and adjust the structure of agriculture actively and invest heavily.we must tilt powerfully at fax policy,coordinated funds and science and technology changing into achievements.This article sets an example such as Heiyugou Village to analyze the economic condition and propose a solution in development.
