负载量与金红苹果树生长结果、叶片衰老的关系

摘　　要：通过对金苹果树 (GM 2 5 6中间砧 )不同负载量的研究表明 :随着负载量增加 ,产量提高 ,新梢生长量、干径、冠积的增长量、增长率降低 ,花芽减少 ,根系还原力下降 ,果实品质下降。各类枝叶片的丙二醛 (MDA)含量增加。发育枝叶片的玉米素 (Z)、赤酶素 (GA3 )和生长素 (IAA)含量下降 ,脱落酸 (ABA)含量增加 ,Z/ABA、GA3 /ABA和IAA/ABA的比值下降。The growth,fruit and foliage senescence of Jinhong apple trees(GM interstock)with different fruit load were studied.The results shows as follows:with the increase of fruit load,output increased,but branch growing,the number of fower buds,the growth arte of trunk diameter and tree crown and root reducing ability decreased,the fruit quality was not good;MDA contents of all kinds of branches on leaves increased;Z?GA 3and LAA contents of leaves on extending shoots decreased,the ratio of Z to ABA?GA 3 to ABAand LAA to ABA decreased.
