摘　　要：目的 :探讨先天性肌性斜颈的非手术和手术适应证的选择。方法 :总结 717例患儿两种治疗方法疗效。结果 :选择正确地适应证采用不同的治疗方法效果均很满意。结论 :1岁以前多采用非手术疗法 ,病程超过 1a,且畸形明显者 。Objective To explore which therapeutic method should be performed on children with congenital torticollis among operative and non operative trearments. Methods The effects of two therapeutic methods performed in 717 cases were sumarized. Results Selected correct indications and used different curative methods, all patients got satisfied effect. Conclusion Non operative treatment should be performed on children younger than one year old, operative treatment should be performed on children older than one year old and on those suffer from severe abnormalities.
