摘　　要：国家重点实验室的信息管理系统由于其人员组成和管理方式而具有其特殊性。本文介绍高速水力学国家重点实验室的信息管理系统的构建方案。该方案具有信息随处可得 ;分布式维护管理 ;与国家实验室管理方式接轨 ;An architecture design of a web based management information system is described here. The system has the following features: web based, which means the information can accessed anywhere and anytime; distributed maintenance and browsing function for end users, who have enough capability to maintain their own information and strong requirement for individual information management; securely accessing mechanism for Internet wide users, which is a key issue for web based application. Complete solution is provided in the paper. The architecture and solution described here is specially suitable for state key laboratory. Microsoft .NET and SQL Server 2000 is adopted as the developing platform.
