摘　　要：目的:探索非水溶性软膏剂的微生物限度检查方法,提高控制菌的检出率。方法:用十四烷酸异丙酯使供试品溶解后,先经离心沉降集菌法,再用稀释法进行控制菌检查。结果:阳性对照菌生长良好。结论:此法对控制菌检查的应用范围大于常规法。object To develop the method of examination of microbiotic limitation of ointment insoluble in water and to raise probability of positive examination of controlled bacterium. Method Ointment bases was dissolved with isopropyl myristate and centrifugelly subsided. Whether there was the controlled bacterium was examined by diluting the solution. RESULT The positive controlled bacterium grow well, conclusion The application range of the method of controlled bacterium was larger than routine one.
