清开灵滴丸对家兔感染性退热作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :为进一步确定清开灵滴丸对家兔感染性发热的退热效果。方法 :选用新西兰大耳白家兔5 6只 ,分 7组 ,设对照、比较、观察 3组 ,测出每只家兔基础体温 ,用伤寒、副伤寒甲乙三联菌液静脉注射致热。观察组分别灌服清开灵滴丸水溶液 ,依次在 30、6 0、1 2 0、1 80、2 4 0和 30 0min时测出每只家兔体温 ,按组记录。结果 :家兔致热前后体温对比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,灌服清开灵滴丸前后体温比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,各给药组体温与对照组相应时间的体温比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。结论Objective:We worked to study the effect of the qingkailing guttate pill to bring a fever down for to the rabbits infecting fever.Metheods:56 New Zealand's big ear white rabbits were divided into seven groups,Test group?comparing group and control group.After surveying the rabbits basis temperature,The rabbits were injected with typhoid and paratyphoid bacterial liquid to result in fever.The control group were feeded water.We determined the rabbits temperature after the they were feeded in 30?60?120?180?240 and 300minutes.Results:The temperature difference was very greater between the groups before being resulted in fever and after that (P<0.01).The temperature difference was very greater between the rabbits before been feeded the qingkailing guttate pill liquid and after that (P<0.01).The temperature difference was very greater between the test groups and the control groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:The study showed that the qingkai ling guttate pill can bring a fever down evidently for the rabbits infecting fever.
