周围神经低温下吻合的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :提高周围神经吻合质量 ,寻求周围神经吻合的最佳方法。方法 :本组 30例共 6 5根神经均为周围神经或臂丛神经损伤 ;低温吻合的方法 :使周围神经在 - 4℃～ 4℃之间吻合。结果 :经术后随访 ,肌电图证实 ,神经再生恢复良好。结论 :低温下进行神经吻合 ,能使神经乳头回缩 ,能实施纯粹的神经外膜或束膜吻合 ,从而达到吻合质量的提高。使得神经再生通过断端的时间提早 ,纤维数量多 。Objective:To increase the quality of anastomosis of peripheral nerves and to find a best way to this kind of anastomosis.Method:All 30 cases 65 injured nerves are peripheral nerves or brachial plexus.Peripheral nerves were connected under the temperature between -4℃～4℃.Result:Followed-up postoperatively nerve regeneration is good,confirmed by electromyography.Conclusion:Hypothermia anastomosis leads to retraction of nerve papilla in that situation complete perineurial or epineurial anastomosis can be made so that the high quality of this anastomosis can be obtained.This treatment mainly involved the earlier the regeneration nerve grew into distal end and the increase of the number of fibers.IT is valuable for clinical applications.
