摘　　要：目的 :阐述心脏重构在心衰发生发展中的重要作用。方法 :复习目前为止有关心衰与心脏重构方面基础和临床的研究文献 ,进行综合分析。结果 :心脏重构是心衰发生的重要原因。结论Objective:To summarize a significant effets of ventricular remodeling in development of heart failure.Methods:To study references of cardiac remodeling and heart failure in medical basis and clinic.Results:Cardiac remodeling is pathological basis of heart failure.Canclusion:Inhibitoring ventricular remodeling is a significant method of therapy in heart farlure of treatment and reductive occurrence.
