摘　　要：对于半共焦腔结构的封离型CO激光器,采用自孔径选模方式设计放电管口径,成功地实现了基模运转,在CO、Xe、He3组分工作气体情况下,输出功率9.4W,波长5.5μm。研究了不同气体成分配比对输出功率的影响。实验中发现,当加入一定比例的O2时,将产生CO2激光谱线10P20和10R18。A sealedoff CO laser of halfconfocal cavity was reported.The aperture of the discharge tube was designed by the way of selfaperture mode selection.The fundamental mode operation was succetively achieved.When it works with three gas components of CO,Xe,He,the output power is 9.4 W,wavelegnth is 5.5 μm.It was also studied how the output power changed with different ratio of the gas components.The experiment shows that when a certain proportion of O2 is added,laser spectrum line 10 P20 and 10 R18 of CO2 will occur.
