摘　　要：造血干细胞移植,是将具有造血潜能的健康造血干细胞,通过静脉输入受者体内并植入骨髓,帮助患者重建造血功能,达到治疗或辅助治疗相关疾病的目的.Bone marrow transplantation has become the most effective therapeutic method to treat some diseases of hematopoietic system and malignant tumors.Now there are three main resources of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC),bone marrow,peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood.Significant progresses have been made in the investigation of homing of HSC arid the amend of HSC used in transplantation.Here we outline the procedures of how to provide healthy HSC to the people who need them.
