摘  要:目的 :寻找高效天然抗氧化剂。方法 :茶叶、诃子、花生壳、五倍子、虎杖、肉桂等植物风干恒重 ,过 2 0目筛 ,分别由乙醇提取、水溶、乙酸乙酯反萃 ,得提取物。用菜籽油过氧化值测定法 (碘量法 )衡量各提取物抗氧化活性以及复配作用。结果 :70℃ ,2 0d ,0 .1% (占油质量分数 ,以下同 )提取物 /菜籽油的过氧化值 (PV ,meq/kg)诃子为 5 2 .4 ,茶叶为 6 7.6 ,花生壳为 87.5 ,五倍子为 10 3.8,虎杖为 10 6 .4 ,肉桂为 10 8.8,空白为 10 8.8;在同样条件下 ,0 .1%茶叶提取物中添加 0 .0 5 %柠檬酸 ,PV值为 38.0 ;0 .0 5 %茶叶提取物和 0 .0 5 %诃子提取物中 ,添加 0 .0 5 %柠檬酸 ,PV值为 2 6 .2。结论 :茶叶提取物和诃子提取物均为优良的天然抗氧化剂 ,其复配产品的抗氧化效果更好。Aim:To find out some new effective natural antioxidants.Methods:Samples from tea, myrobalan, shell of peanuts, Chinese gall, Chinese cinnamon and giant knotweed were obtained by drying to consistent weight; the extracts were obtained by sieving,extracting with ethanol, dissolving with water, and re extracting with ethyl acetate. Antioxidative effect and synergism of extracts were monitored by measurement of PV value of rape oil through Na 2S 2O 3 I 2 titrimetric method.Results: 70 ℃,20 d PV (meq/kg)of 0.1% extracts of myrobalan, tea, shell of peanut, Chinese gall, Chinese cinnamon, and giant knotweed in rape oil were 52.4, 67.6, 87.5, 103.8, 106.4,and 108.8,respectively,and that of control sample was 108.8.At the same conditions as above,an addition of 0.05% citric acid to 0.1% tea extracts resulted in a PV of 38.0;an addition of 0.05% citric acid to 0.05% tea extracts and 0.05% myrobalan extracts produced a PV of 26.2.Conculsion:Both tea extracts and myrobalan extracts have excellent antioxidative effects,and the synergism product of them is even better.
