脑外伤后伤残鉴定患者二项必选数字记忆测验与瑞文测验成绩的相关分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨以二项必选数字记忆测验 (BFDMT)的得分来反映瑞文标准推理测验 (以下简称为瑞文测验 )成绩真实程度的可能性。方法　对 6 4例脑外伤后伤残鉴定的患者进行BFDMT和瑞文测验 ,以BFDMT总分划界分区分出有 /无伪装 ,并以得分高低划分成 5个不同程度组 ,比较伪装组与非伪装组及不同程度组间BFDMT得分与瑞文测验成绩的差异及其相关性。结果　 (1)伪装组瑞文测验各因子分、总分及智商值均低于非伪装组 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )不同程度伪装组间瑞文测验的总分和智商值差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,且BFDMT得分越低 ,瑞文测验成绩越差 ;(3)BFDMT的困难条目分、容易条目分及总分与瑞文测验各因子分、总分及智商值均呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 5～P <0 0 1) ,两个测验总分的相关性为 0 74 3。结论　BFDMT得分高低在一定程度上能够反映被试者瑞文测验成绩的真实程度。ObjectiveTo study correlation of Binomial Forced-Choice Digit Memory Test (BFDMT) and Raven′s Standard Progressive Matrices (RSPM) in the patients with financially compensable head injuries. MethodsSixty-four subjects with compensable head injuries were assessed with the BFDMT and RSPM. The subjects were divided into the malingering or non-malingering group according to the BFDMT score. The performance of RSPM between the subjects in the two groups were compared. Results (1) Thetotal score, every factor score, and intelligent quotient (IQ) of RSPM in subjects with malingering were significantly higher than in those with non-malingering. (2) There were significantly differences on the total score and IQ of RSPM among the groups with different levels for faking intellectual deficits, with the less BFDMT score, the less RSPM score. (3) The total score and each factor score of BFDMT were positively correlated with the total score, every factor score, and IQ of RSPM. ConclusionThe BFDMT is helpful for differentiating the true degree of intelligence performance in subjects with financially compensable head injuries.
