摘 要:现场总线是当今自动化领域技术发展的热点之一,被誉为自动化领域的计算机局域网。智能化仪表代表着未来现场仪表的发展方向。FF协议智能变送器是目前世界上最新一代现场总线仪表,从软件和硬件方面提出基于FF协议的智能变送器的设计与开发,简要介绍了FF协议的特点与性能。这种智能变送器的研发,有助于促进现场总线技术的推广,改革现有的测量仪表,为现场总线控制系统的底层智能仪表开发提供理论和实践基础,从而为现场仪表的发展提供了新的思路。Fieldbus is one of hotshot of technical development in automation domain nowadays, it is intituled to LAN of computer in automatization domain, intelligentical instrument represents develop direction of locale instrument in future, smart Transmitter of FF Protocol is novel Fieldbus instrument these days in the world. Design and development of intelligent transmitters based on FF protocol from two aspects of hardware and software are presented. At the same time the characteristic of FF protocol are briefly introduced. The exploitation of this kind of intelligent transmitters is helpful for the popularization of fieldbus, the reformation of existing measure instrumentation and the innovation of intelligent transmitters, which provided theoretics and practice foundation to development of intelligent instrument in fieldbus control system domain. Accordingly, provide novel thoughtfulness for development of locale instrument.
