摘　　要：目的:建立康心胶囊中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)(100mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱;流动相为甲醇-0.5％醋酸(1:7);检测波长为281nm。结果:丹参素在0.68～2.38μg(r=0.9999)、原儿茶醛在0.08～0.28μg(r=0.9997)范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:本法简便、快速,可用于康心胶囊的质量控制。Objective: To develop a method for determination of propanoic acid and protocatechuic aledhyde in Kangxin Capsule by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: Kromasil C was used as the stationary phase, methanol with 0.5% acetic acid was used as mobile phase, and the photodiode array detector was used at 281nm. Results: The calibration curves of propanoic acid and protocatechuic aledhyde were linear respectively over the range of 0.68-2.38μg, 0.08-0.28μg. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of Kangxin Capsule.
