军队成建制地方就医费用支付办法初探

摘　　要：分析军队编制体制调整后军队建制卫生保障面临的医疗服务可及性降低、医疗保障能力下降、医疗保障区域产生真空等问题 ,提出了实施军地医疗机构联合保障的必要性和发展思路 ,并重点探讨了实施军地联合保障后的统一经费保障、基础医疗与大病补偿结合、纳入地方医疗保障体系、购买商业保险。The author analyzed the problem facing military medical support after the adjustment of military system, and put forward the necessity and the pathway of joint support with civil medical organization.The paper also discussed the outlay guarantee, basic medical and severe medical compensation, inclusion into the civil medical system, buying insurance and so on.
