人工测压与动态血压监测的对比研究

摘　　要：目的　研究人工测血压的最佳时间和测压次数。方法　对 4 8例高血压患者的动态血压监测和人工定时测压进行比较 ,寻找人工测压最佳时间和测压次数。结果　 (1)人工测压 6 :0 0～ 10 :0 0和 16 :0 0～ 18:0 0为血压高峰 ,12 :0 0为血压低谷。 (2 )动态血压监测显示 6 :0 0～ 8:0 0和 16 :0 0～ 18:0 0为血压高峰 ,12 :0 0～14 :0 0和 2 :0 0～ 3:0 0为血压低谷。结论　人工测血压每天 3次 ,6 :0 0～ 10 :0 0 ,12 :0 0及 16 :0 0～ 18:0 0最佳测压时间。Objective To study the best time and times of artificial taking blood pressure.Methods Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and artificial taking blood pressure of 48 cases of hypertension have been comparatively studied to find out the best time and times of taking blood pressure.Results (1)The blood pressure is the highest from 6 to 10 in the morning and from 16 to 18 o'clock in the afternoon. It is the lowest to take blood pressure at 12 o'clock at noon .(2) Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is the highest from 6 to 10 in the morning and from 16 to 18 in the afternoon and it is the lowest to take blood pressure from 12 to 14 and from 2 to 3 o'clock. Conclusion The best time to take blood pressure in a day is from 6 to 10 in the morning, at 12 at noon and from 16 to 18 o'clock in the afternoon.
