摘　　要：该文主要论述了嘉兴在创建园林城市的过程中要树立精品意识 ,着重从规划、建设和管理等方面出精品 ,通过绿化、美化城市 ,改善城市生态环境和人居环境。The author mainly talks about that in the project of turning Jiaxing into a garden city, a strong sense of good quality should be cultivated and close attention should be paid to planning, construction and management. Only in the way of afforesting and beautifying the city can the city's ecological and living environment be improved.
