摘　　要：根据湖南的实际,从粮食、畜产品、油料、茶叶、水果等主要农产品,分析了加入WTO以后,湖南省农业发展的优势和不利影响,提出了湖南农业发展的策略和措施,即调整农业结构,建立农业保护体系,增加科技投入,完善经营管理体制。According to the actual situations, the text have analysed the superiorities and unfavorable influences on the agricultural development in Hunan.The text also have put forward the strategies and measures, adjusting agricultual structures, building up agricultural protective systems, increasing scientific investment, perfecting the systems of management and supervision, of the agricultural development in Hunan,from many aspects of main productions, such as grains, production of livestock husbabdry,oilbearing crops, tea leaves,and so on.
