摘　　要：近年来,湖北奶业突破了长期低速发展局面,出现了高速发展态势,已经成为湖北农村经济新的增长点。进一步发展的思路是培育消费市场,从产业政策上积极支持奶业发展;推动奶业产业化,实行生产合作制,搞好奶业生产服务;加强行业管理,提高科技含量;以提高单产为突破口,促进奶业发展;整治和规范脏、乱、差企业,注重生态环境建设。The milk industry has broken through the longterm lowspeed development, presenting the highspeed developing trend,and become the new increasing point in the rural economics of Hubei province in recent years.The further developing consideration should focus on fostering the consumption market and supporting the milk industry in the aspect of industry policies;pushing the milkindustialization process, operating production cooperation as well as improving the producing level and the service quality;strengthening the industry management and raising the science and technology content;hightenning the yield per cow and promoting the milk industry to development;meanwhile,renovating and standardizing those dirty,disorderly,inferior enterprises, and paying attention to the environment protection.
