摘 要:从苇状羊茅植株中发现了与Neotyphodiumcoenophialum不同的内生真菌 ,经过分离、培养 ,分离菌株被鉴定为Neotyphodiumuncinatum (W .Gams ,Petrini&D .Schmidt)Glenn ,Bacon&Hanlin。通过对苇状羊茅植株各部位的调查 ,确认该菌在植株的地上部分有较为系统的分布。所发现的NeotyphodiumuncinatumThe species of endophytics fungi in gramineous plants are associated with their host species.A Neotyphodium endophyte is usually harbored within a particular host,or a few of genetically close related hosts.An unusual endophytic fungus was detected from a naturally growing Festuca arundinacea, the typical host of N.coenophialum .Based on the morphological characteristics,this fungal isolate WJ1 was primarily identified as N.uncinatum (W.Gams,Petrini & D.Schmidt)Glenn,Bacon & Hanlin. N.uncinatum was found to be constantly detectable from leaf sheathes,stems and caryopsises of infected plants,indicating F. arundinacea systemically infected with N.uncinatum also can grow vigorously in the natural environment.This newly found F.arundinacea-N.uncinatum combination should be a good example to investigate endophytehost interaction between gramineous plants and their endophytic fungi.
