摘  要:针对目前揉碎机普遍存在的功耗大、揉碎质量差等问题,在9RS-60型揉碎机设计试验台上,以玉米秸秆为试验对象,以主轴转子转速、喂入链速度和秸秆喂入质量作为试验因素,功耗、秸秆丝化率和破节率为试验指标开展性能试验。单因素试验结果表明:揉碎机功耗随主轴转速、喂入量、喂入速度的增大呈现上升的趋势;揉碎机丝化率随主轴转速的增大呈现上升的趋势,随喂入速度的增大呈先下降的趋势,随喂入量的增大秸秆丝化率变化趋势几乎都在95%左右。正交试验结果表明:影响揉碎机性能的各因素主次顺序为喂入质量、主轴转速及喂入速度。综合各试验指标的较优水平组合为:单次喂入质量为0.8kg、主轴转速为1 600r/min、喂入链速度为0.45m/s时,揉碎机作业性能最好。In view of the current large power consumption and poor quality of mashing machine,the design of 9 RS-60 masher has been designed with corn stalk as the test object,and the rotor speed and feed of the spindle are used.The chain speed and straw feeding quality were used as experimental factors,and the power consumption,straw silking rate and breaking rate were tested.The results of single factor test show that the power consumption of the shredder increases with the increase of spindle speed,feed rate and feed speed.The silking rate of the masher increased with the increase of the spindle speed,and decreased first with the increase of the feed rate.The change trend of the straw sieving rate was almost 95%with the increase of the feed rate.The results of orthogonal test show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the performance of the crusher are feed quality,spindle speed and feed speed.The combination of the optimal levels of each test index is:a single feed quality of 0.8 kg,a spindle speed of 1600 r/min,and a feed chain speed of 0.45 m/s,the miner has the best performance.
