摘 要:大多数缩孔缩松判据都忽略了液态金属静压力的影响,因此对液态金属静压力较大的铸件的缩孔缩松预测不够准确。针对这一问题,通过对铸件缩孔缩松判据———时间梯度法(Xue判据)的改进,将液态金属静压力P0引入到缩孔 >Ck,与实验缩松判据中,建立了时间梯度法与液态金属静压力之间的关系。新的缩孔缩松判据可表示为P0 80 ·Gτ/τ0 6结果对比表明,预测结果与实验结果吻合,比原缩孔缩松判据预测结果更加准确。Most of the shrinkage criteria have not taken the molten metal static pressure into account. Therefore, as for some castings with relatively high static pressure, the prediction is not accurate enough. In order to solve this problem, this work improves the shrinkage criterion—Time Gradient Method(Xue Criterion). The molten metal static pressure is introduced into the criterion function and a relationship between the original criterion and the static pressure is established. A new shrinkage criterion function can be expressed as?P080·Gτ/τ06>Ck.Compared with the previous experimental work, the prediction result from the new shrinkage criterion has a good agreement with the experimental result, and it is more accurate than the original one.
